Contribute to :
- the reduction of rural poverty and the improvement of the living conditions of people dependent on biomass energy
- the sustainable development of the planted and natural forest ecosystems in four regions of Madagascar to provide biomass-energy for the supply of equipment for decentralized rural electrification (DRE)
- the generalization of DRE produced from biomass-energy in poor and isolated rural areas in Madagascar.
